The purpose of this charter is to define the ethical, legal, social and environmental principles that our suppliers, service providers and subcontractors (hereinafter the “Suppliers”) undertake to comply with in the context of their contractual relationships with IPC.
Compliance with the commitments set out in this charter constitutes an essential and determining condition of any collaboration.
This charter forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between IPC and its Suppliers. The Suppliers acknowledge that compliance with the commitments set out herein constitutes an essential condition of the commercial relationship.
This charter is also intended to formalize the commitments made by the Supplier to IPC in terms of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR).
